■ BUYMA Shipping DHL Shipping Service Features
- Shipping fees are much cheaper than regular DHL Express.
- Apply for the service using the dedicated form and pay the shipping fee later (*1).
- Available in DHL-supported areas worldwide.
- By specifying a pickup date and location, a DHL delivery person (*2) will come to pick up the item free of charge.
- The goods can be delivered to the purchaser quickly, usually within 2 to 5 days.
- Customer can choose the most suitable receiving method by using the On Demand Delivery service (hereinafter referred to as "ODD").
*1. Delivery charges and delivery insurance fees are deducted at the time of contract payment transfer, so payment is not required at the time of item pickup.
*2. In some areas, pickups may be handled by other partner delivery companies instead of DHL delivery staff.

Steps
- (Country Flag in the upper right corner) Change the Location to the country where the shipment will be picked up.
- Click "Ship" and "Schedule a Pickup
- Click "Do you need to create a shipping label?” and “No”
- Select "I have a DHL Waybill Number
- Enter the "Waybill Number" and "Phone Number" from the printed DHL waybill.
- Make a pickup reservation.*
*Please note that pickup service may not be available in some countries or regions. In such cases, please contact DHL customer support in the pickup area, or proceed with the shipping procedure by bringing the shipment to the nearest DHL office.
■About DHL's Coverage
BUYMA shipping is also governed by DHL's policy.
Claims to DHL must be made within 23 days of the shipment date. Claims are subject to the following cases
- Delayed delivery
- Damage or loss of the package
- Failure to clear customs (excluding cases of negligence on the part of the seller, such as for the convenience of the customer, incomplete documentation, etc.)
Please note: DHL claims will be filed by BUYMA on behalf of the personal shopper.
Please contact BUYMA Member Support within 23 days of shipment with the following items clearly indicated and attached.
- Order ID
- Tracking No.
- Cargo details: cargo weight/recipient's (customer's) contact information
- Receipt of the shipping invoice
- (only in the case of damage) Photographs of the shipment: photos taken at the time of inspection and at the time of arrival of the shipment showing the damage.
- Completed Claim Form (*"Claimant Contact", "Account Number", "Claimant Company Address" are not required)
IMPORTANT: No claim can be submitted without the above-supporting documents.
After the claim/objection is submitted, it will take approximately 30 days for DHL to process the claim. BUYMA will inform you of the outcome and other details on your behalf.
*BUYMA will not be held responsible in the event that a claim cannot be filed on behalf of the applicant after the deadline or if the necessary documents are not received by the deadline.
BUYMA will file a claim on behalf of the seller and does not promise compensation from DHL. DHL will make a decision based solely on the documents submitted by the personal shopper.
*Without sufficient supporting documents, the processing of the claim may be delayed or the claim itself may be disapproved.
■EEL / PFC * For international shipments from the U.S.
According to U.S. government policy, international shipments from the U.S. are required to include an AES/ITN or EEL code on the customs declaration form.
International shippers shipping more than $2,500 from the U.S. will be required to submit the code.

*Please refer to the U.S. Census Bureau website for information on how to select an EEL code and obtain an AES/ITN code.
*If you have not yet obtained an ITN code for a shipment that requires an AES/ITN code, you will need to complete the necessary procedures. Please note that it takes some time to obtain an ITN code, so please allow enough time for the procedure to be completed before the shipping date.
