Online pickup requests are charged and paid for by the seller.

Please note that the pickup fee will be deducted from the Sales amount. Please check the website of the shipping country UPS for the cost.

■ About UPS Coverage

BUYMA shipping is also subject to UPS policies.

However, in the unlikely event that a shipment arranged through BUYMA shipping by UPS is lost or damaged, BUYMA will file a claim on your behalf.

• Cargo details: cargo weight/recipient's (customer's) contact information
• Receipt of shipping invoice
• (only in case of damage) Photographs of the shipment: photos of the shipment at the time of inspection and at the time of arrival showing the damage.

*We will not be responsible for applications submitted after the deadline or if the necessary documents are not received by the deadline and a claim agent application cannot be filed.

*BUYMA will file a claim on behalf of the seller and does not promise compensation from UPS. UPS will make a decision based solely on the documents submitted by the personal shopper.

*Without sufficient supporting documents, the processing of the claim may be delayed or the claim itself may be disapproved.

■ Other Notes

Commercial Invoice

If you have a shipping pattern that requires an invoice, please remember to print out three copies of the invoice when it is issued on the Shipping Label page and submit it to UPS with your package when it is shipped.

■ EEL / PFC * For international shipments from the U.S.

According to U.S. government policy, international shipments from the U.S. are required to include an AES/ITN or EEL code on the customs declaration form.

International shippers shipping more than $2,500 from the U.S. will be required to submit the code.

*Please refer to the U.S. Census Bureau website for information on how to select an EEL code and obtain an AES/ITN code.

*If you have not yet obtained an ITN code for a shipment that requires an AES/ITN code, you will need to complete the necessary procedures. Please note that it takes some time to obtain an ITN code, so please allow enough time for the procedure to be completed before the shipping date.
