How the customer can review the item, order, and personal shopper

When the delivery is completed, an email with the subject "The item has been delivered" is automatically sent to the customer.
The email also includes a "View Order Details" link where the customer can leave a review.

Please remind your customers to check the email with the subject line "The item has been delivered" in case they have any questions or to encourage them to write a review.

How to check a review

Reviews are displayed in real-time on Reviews For BUYMA (link to the page from the bottom of the site page).

*Only the 10 most recently arrived reviews are displayed at all times, and you can jump to the corresponding Item page.

In addition, the reviews are also displayed on both the Item page and Personal Shopper page, so that the reviews will remain for a long time without limitation.
