How to check your Sales amount transferred status

You can check the details of each transaction (BUYMA Seller fee/shipping fee*/transfer amount/transfer date) on the Payment List.

When will the payment be reflected in the Payment List?

Transactions requested between 09:00 on the 1st and 08:59 on the 6th of each month: Reflected on the 6th of the month.

Transactions requested between 09:00 on the 6th and 08:59 on the 11th of each month: reflected on the 11th of the month

Transactions requested between 09:00 on the 11th and 08:59 on the 16th of each month: reflected on the 16th of the month

Transactions requested between 09:00 on the 16th and 08:59 on the 21st of each month: reflected on the 21st of the month

Transactions requested between 09:00 on the 21st and 08:59 on the 26th of each month: reflected on the 26th of the month

Transactions requested between 09:00 on the 26th and 08:59 on the 1st of the following month: reflected on the 1st of the following month

 All times below are Japan Standard Time (JST).

Notes

The "Shipping Fee" shown in the Payment List is the shipping fee deducted when using BUYMA Shipping.

If the scheduled transfer date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday in Japan, the transfer date will be the next business day of the financial institution.
