This notification is to inform the customer that the seller has shipped the item.
Please be sure to notify the customer of the shipment when the item is actually shipped (handed over to the shipping company).
Once the shipping notification is sent, the status of the Order Details will be changed to [Item Shipped].
*In the unlikely event, there are any troubles regarding your order (such as customer's chargeback, customer claims their package is missing or wrong item delivered etc...), BUYMA will not be able to support or assure your transaction if, for any reason, the information in the shipping notification is different from the fact (shipping date, tracking number, or shipping carrier etc is incorrect).
BUYMA will not be held responsible in such cases, as the validity of the transaction cannot be claimed.
*BUYMA strongly requires our sellers to be responsible for safe and smooth transactions including carefully inspecting the items and shipping without any defects. The concept of transaction completion means the customer receives the item that has no issues and is not applicable to these conditions.
Shipping method with tracking is required
BUYMA requires sellers to use the shipping method with tracking service and signature upon delivery.
When you send a Shipping notification, you will be required to provide the tracking number, shipping carrier name (such as DHL, USPS, etc), and tracking URL which the customer can check the delivery status with the tracking number. You can use the shipping carrier's tracking service website.
Shipping Deadlines
The seller must ship out the items within the shipping deadline, which is 18 days from the order date.
In the event that an order is not shipped within 18 days of order confirmation and is canceled due to an expired shipping deadline, a refund will be issued to the customer immediately and automatically.
If you're unable to ship within the shipping deadline, please confirm with your customer for extending the deadline via BUYMA message, then contact BUYMA Member Support in order to manually extend the shipping deadline. BUYMA is not able to process the extension without the customer's approval. Please make sure to communicate with your customer before the shipping deadline is expired.
If you do not receive a response from the customer as the shipping deadline approaches, please contact the BUYMA office a few days before the deadline.
Please allow a few days for the deadline to be extended.
