How to contact a customer

To the customer who made orders with your items.

Click "Send Message" in the Orders List > Order Details.

*Click on the Item name to open the "Order Details" page.

To reply to a customer’s message

You can reply from the “Messages” tab.

*If there is no response from the customer after 3 days of sending a message in order to process their orders, please contact BUYMA Member Support.

*The customer may not reply to your message for in-stock availability inquiry as they decided not to proceed with the orders.
