The sale of counterfeit brand items (including copies) is strictly prohibited on BUYMA.

• The items must not be counterfeit.
• The items must offer the same level of functionality and value as the brand, manufacturer, or producer that manufactures and sells the item.
• The items are offered correctly based on the item information (photos and descriptions) registered by the personal shopper.

[Item Defects (Initial Defects)]

The following items are considered 【Initial Defects】 and are subject to return or exchange.

Please make sure to inspect the items before shipping and be sure not to send Initial Defects items to the customer.

• Dirt has adhered to the item that is not originally on the item
• Part of the item is damaged.
• Part of the item is missing (lost).

There are various cases due to differences in the way customers feel.

Please confirm any points of concern with the customer using the message function before the customer makes orders or before shipping the items, and contact BUYMA Member Support if you have any problems.

Note

If a problem is found during an inspection, please contact the customer to make sure the customer's needs.

(For example, whether to delay shipping for exchange, or whether to accept the defective item at a discount or cancel the order.)

We also recommend that you take photos or keep a history of the defects during the inspection.
