About Favorite List (FAV list)

Registered customers can save their favorite items in their Fav list.

Note:

The number of favorites is ONE OF the indicators in the algorithm that determines the order in which items are displayed better positions in the search results.

Price Drop Alert

A "Price Drop Alert" will be sent to customers via email when the price drops of their favorite item or added cart item. Sellers can see which of your items have been added as favorites by customers on the "Items" page. We highly recommend considering drop the price to promote your item to the customers.

[Price Drop Alert Requirement Details]

When a discount rate of 5% or more is applied to an item, an e-mail is sent to each customer who has added the item to their cart or has added the item to their favorites, informing them of the price reduction and recommending the purchase of the item.

Note:

If you can discount the price lower than the retail price, we recommend that you set a reference price, so that the item will appear as on sale and a Price Drop Alert will be sent to the customer.

How to check your favorites and added to cart

You can see the number of heart marks on your Item list.

You can also check the number of items added to cart from the "Weekly Performance Report" email sent to sellers who have received inquiries or orders in the past week.
