• How do we handle authenticity issues or concerns?

We take authenticity seriously. If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding the authenticity of the item, please ask your seller to provide a receipt, etc.
Also please contact BUYMA so that we will assist in getting a receipt as well.
If still you have a concern, we will use a third-party online authenticate service for appraisal.

IMPORTANT: Please contact a seller or BUYMA within 7 days from the delivery date.
We are unable to accept your request if you contact us after 7  days.
