When you are unable to receive your item upon delivery( depending on shipping option/service), the item may be automatically sent back to the Personal Shopper
Please note that even though you are unable to receive the item due to shipping service, the order won't be canceled out or refunded.
What you need to do if you found out that the item has been sent back to the Personal Shopper....
You may request for re-shipping within a month from the date the Personal Shopper receives back the item, so please contact the Personal Shopper when you notice it.
*You are responsible for covering any new shipping costs. If you are not sure how to pay for it, please contact the Personal Shopper or BUYMA Member Support.
No re-shipping will be arranged after a month from the date the Personal Shopper receives back the item, and in this case, we won't be able to issue any refunds for the order. Therefore, Please contact your Personal Shopper when you found it out.
*To prevent this situation from occurring we encourage you to check your order's shipping status regularly using the tracking details provided in My Account > Order History > Order Details
*You may be able to contact couriers and confirm your shipping status as well
*If you need the shipping information, such as tracking number, please contact your Personal Shopper directly.
