BUYMA services ONLY the sales of brand-new, authentic items and we haven't detected any fraud or used items since our service has begun in 2005. Therefore, as a general rule, once an item has been delivered, returns or exchanges may not be made. However, if your situation is applied for any of the cases below, you are eligible for customer protection
【The delivered item is counterfeit】
If you believe that the delivered item is counterfeit, you are able to appeal to your seller via BUYMA message. We may ask you to ship the item back to our office and 3rd party will examine the item. As a result of investigation, if the 3rd party or BUYMA found out that the item is counterfeit, we will issue a full refund back onto your payment card.
♢What you need to do when you find out that the delivered item is counterfeit...
1. Please contact your seller via BUYMA message if you believe that the delivered item is counterfeit.
2. If your seller doesn't respond to your message within 3 days(business day) or deal with your request, please contact BUYMA Member Support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
3. Please ship the item us back to examine the item.
*Please note that you may need to contact your seller within 2 weeks from the day after receiving your item otherwise, they cannot accept your claim.
【The delivered item has defects/is different description(size/color) on the item page】
If the delivered item has following issues below, you will be able to get a full refund back onto your payment card.
・The zipper of the dress cannot be closed
・The item is stained or scratched
・The item's parts are missing
・The size or color of the item seems different than it did in the listed image
♢What you need to do when you find out that the delivered item has defects...
1.Please contact the seller with images of the delivered item and details of the issue via BUYMA message system.
*How to contact the seller directly?
2. Please ship the item back to the seller with tracking number. When the seller receives the item, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund back onto your payment card.
* If the issue cannot be resolved directly, then please contact BUYMA Member Support at email@example.com.
【Your item has been missing while shipping】
If the order hasn't been delivered after 30 days from the date that the seller has shipped out the order, please contact BUYMA Member Support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
