If there is difficulty in resolving the issue with the customer, BUYMA or other organizations may intervene depending on the problem, but we ask that the seller first discuss the issue with the customer concerned.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to complete the transaction smoothly.

About bank transfer requests
You are responsible for handling the order until the item is safely delivered to the customer, so please be responsible for handling the order until it’s completed.
*If a problem is found in an order for which the Sales amount has already been transferred to the seller, BUYMA may withhold the deposit of the next transfer. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Therefore, if there is a problem with the delivery of your order due to delivery delays or other reasons as of the date when you can apply for the Payment request, we ask for your cooperation in postponing the Payment request until the item has arrived and the problem has been resolved.
