How to change my username

In principle, once a username is registered, it cannot be changed.

However, we understand that there might be certain circumstances where a change is necessary. If you have a valid reason for wanting to change your username, please contact BUYMA Member Support by providing an explanation of why you need to make the change, and also include up to three preferred choices for your new username in the following format:

*Please note that longer than 20 characters, spaces and symbols such as '&' cannot be registered. (x Buyma us ◯ Buyma_us)

*Usernames that have already been used by someone else cannot be used.
