■ Cautions when submitting an item
If you do not work or update your item for a long period of time (approximately 30 minutes) and leave the edit page open, an error may occur the next time you refresh the screen due to security reasons, and your update may be lost during that time.
■ How to add new item
When you go to the My Page, you can list your item from [Add new item] on the left sidebar.

Enter the following items as New Item information to list your item.

Item Name (Up to 60 characters. Symbols are allowed.)

Brand
Line Collection/Season: If you select a brand above, you can set additional line and season tags.
Comment *It will reflect on the Description on the item page.

Color & Size (Select the appropriate color and enter a color name. Enter the name and size.) (You can add colors and sizes by clicking on "+Add color & size".
Stock (Ready to ship/Pre-order): Please select "Ready to ship" if the item is available and physically in stock in your place.

Pricing & Shipping

Note
- The color of the image may look different depending on the monitor environment. If the image differs from the actual item, it is likely to cause problems, so be careful to avoid misunderstandings by providing additional information in the Specifications.
- Write an estimate of delivery (e.g., 1 week for purchase from a retailer, then 1-2 weeks for delivery).
- If there are multiple colors or sizes available, clearly state the item status of each item to facilitate smooth order receipt.
- Be sure to include everything else you want the customer to know about the item in advance. (Outlet items, items that have been in stores, actual colors and features, etc.)

What to do if photos are displayed as rotated on the item page
- Cause: There may be metadata remaining in the image orientation that is causing the browser to automatically rotate the image during upload.
- Solution: Before uploading the image, please use an image conversion tool to delete the EXIF metadata. Alternatively, download the uploaded image to the item page, rotate the downloaded image to the correct orientation on your computer, and upload the image again.
