Change of shipping address after ordering

In order to prevent fraudulent order, BUYMA prohibits changing the shipping address after an order has been completed.

If you receive such a request from a customer, please ask the customer to change the shipping address to the one wish to change before re-purchasing.

(1) Cancel the order after explaining that the address cannot be changed after the order has been received *Select the reason for [other order]

(2) The customer changes the address.

(3) Re-purchase the order.

*Please note that we will not be able to transfer the Sales amount to the personal shopper in the event that the personal shopper has changed the delivery address from the one at which the order was received due to a fraudulent use by the credit card company or payment agency.

*In the unlikely event that the customer files a claim for invalidation of the order through the payment company, they will consider the order details changed after the order was confimed to be "different from the details of the order and your arrangement," and the probability of a "Order Invalidation" judgment in favor of the customer's claim will be greatly increased.

*If an "Order Invalidation" ruling is issued, a full refund will be issued immediately and the order will be canceled.

In addition, the same applies to cases where a request for a declaration with a different item name or price from the actual one is accepted in order to reduce customs duties.
