What to do when shipping deadlines are imminent

Please take one of the following actions 1~4 from the "Order List" or "Order Details".

1. If the order has already been shipped:

Go to "Order Details" > "Shipping & Tracking" and enter your tracking information and send a "Shipping notification".

2. If you are able to ship the item by the shipping deadline:

Please ship and notify by deadline with your tracking information in "Order Details" > "Shipping & Tracking" and send a "Shipping notification".

*If you fail to complete the shipping arrangement and shipping notification by the shipping deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the customer.

*Please note that 'order placed' dates and 'shipping deadline' are shown in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time zone.

3. If there is a possibility that you will not be able to send a "Shipping notification" by the shipping deadline: 

Please be sure to inform the customer of the "estimated shipping date" and "request for extension of shipping deadline" before sending a request to BUYMA Member Support for an extension of the shipping deadline.

We will only work on the request after we have confirmed the explanation to the customer. Please allow several days before the shipping deadline to submit your request for an extension.

If you do not receive a reply from the customer as the deadline approaches, we will extend the transaction as a "provisional extension.

Request for Extension of Shipping Deadline

Please contact us with (1) the order ID, (2) the current shipping deadline, and (3) the desired new shipping deadline, along with the fact that you have already explained the situation to the customer.

Shipping deadline after extension: yyyy-mm-dd 00:00 (UTC)

*In the event of a forced cancellation due to an expired shipping deadline, BUYMA will not be able to compensate for any fees or for shipping costs or returned fee if the item has already been shipped.

4. If you are unable to purchase an item due to a stock-out, etc:

Please cancel the order by clicking on "Order Details" > "Cancel Order".
