Procedure for canceling an order

In principle, BUYMA does not allow the cancellation of an order once it has been placed for the protection of the seller, but this does not restrict the seller from canceling the order at the customer's request.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order and there is no real cost to the seller before purchasing from a retailer, we ask your co-operation to cancel the order as much as possible. 

We will contact sellers who treat customers with a high level of hospitality, including generous cancellation acceptance and offer various preferential promotions.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please follow the procedure below for each order status.

■Before the item has been shipped (before shipping notification is sent)

If the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order yourself.

1. Click on "My Page" > "Orders List" > "Item Name"
2. Click the [Cancel] button.
3. The order will be canceled.

*The customer will receive an e-mail to their registered e-mail address notifying them that the order has been canceled.

*In the event that there is a difference in the refund amount after the cancellation, please contact BUYMA Member Support from the customer.

■In the case of an order that has already been shipped (after shipping notification is sent)

The seller cannot cancel the order after shipping notification is sent.

If you wish to cancel the order after shipping notification is sent, BUYMA Member Support will cancel the order after both the seller and customer have agreed to do so and after confirming that the item has been returned to the seller.

1. Please discuss with the customer for cancellation and the customer agrees to cancel the order.
2. The customer returns the item to the seller.
   *To prevent problems, please send the item back by EMS, or any other method that allows tracking of the package.
3. The seller will contact BUYMA Member Support with a cancellation request once the item has been returned.
   *Please include the "Order ID" and "Item Name" and that the item has arrived in your possession (or the reason why it does not need to be returned).
4. BUYMA will cancel the order.
   *By canceling the order, the payment will be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund from BUYMA.
