Procedure for requesting a sales amount

To request a transfer of the Sales amount, please click the "Payment Request" button on the order list and make the transfer request.
There is no maximum amount or deadline for payment requests.
BUYMA will not pay the Sales amount unless you make a payment request.
The button for requesting a sales amount will appear 23 days after the shipping notification.

To request a transfer, please follow the steps below.

Procedure for requesting a transfer

1. Access BUYMA
2. Click on the list of Orders
3. Click the "Payment Request" button to the left of the order for which you wish to make a transfer.
   If you see the message "You have requested a money transfer. The transfer is complete when you see the following message: "Transfer request has been made.

If the transfer date is the same for multiple orders, only one bank transfer fee will be charged.
