As a general rule, BUYMA does not allow returns or exchanges of items once order is completed.
However, if there is an inquiry from a customer such as "I received an item different from what I ordered," or "The item I received is damaged/there is a quality problem," etc.,
Please discuss the matter thoroughly with the customer and ask the customer to return or exchange the item between the parties in case of insufficient inspection.
Points to consider when responding to such inquiries
- If the item received by the customer is different from what was ordered, please immediately return or exchange the item at the seller's expense.
- If there is a problem with the item, the seller is responsible for returning or exchanging the item if it is considered defective in the initial stage.
- If it is difficult to verbally explain or confirm the condition of the item on the customer's side, please proceed with the discussion by uploading images to the Message System.
- If there is a difference in the item or the perception of both parties, please consider such measures as both parties sharing the cost of the item fifty-fifty.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange an item for the convenience of the customer, such as in the following examples, you do not necessarily have to accept the request.
* if it's already informed to the customer and they agreed any conditions before the shipping.
-Returning an item because the size ordered does not actually fit the size which the customer received.
-The item was different from the image the customer had in mind.
-No longer need the item before it arrives after purchase, the customer bought something else, the customer ordered the wrong item, etc.
Important*
Please inspect the items thoroughly before shipping to prevent any problems, and we recommend taking pictures of the condition of the items at inspection and keep them until your order is complete.
