In principle, changes to payment amounts or order quantities cannot be made after an order has been placed.
If you need to take action, please refer to the following example and proceed with the procedure after discussing with the customer.
In the case of a refund
If you wish to give a discount or refund, please ask the customer to repurchase the item at a new listing price.
Therefore, please list a new item at the revised price and inform the customer with the item URL to place another order in order to facilitate a smooth purchase process. After that, please cancel the original order.
If the status of the original order is "shipped", please contact BUYMA Member Support to cancel the order.
In the case of charging additional fees
In the event that additional costs are unavoidable and it is difficult to continue the order without the customer paying for the additional costs, it is possible to request an additional fee by purchasing only the difference in the additional costs.
Please list a new item for the additional charges, and ask the customer to place a separate order for the additional charges.

Please inform the customer of the URL of the relevant item page when you list the item.
Please be sure to explain to the customer how the item came to be listed and discuss it thoroughly with them.
Unfortunately, there have been cases where the seller did not provide a sufficient explanation, and the customer was charged additional fees without knowing the reason, causing the customer to feel distrust.
