"Track & Trace (with signature)" is a shipping method that allows to track the package from the time it is shipped to the time it arrives at the customer's destination.

It is a mandatory rule to enter the correct "tracking number," "URL of the website where you can track the package," and "message*" when notifying customer of the shipment. Please be sure to observe the above.

If you are involved in a problem and your package is shipped without fulfilling the above requirements,BUYMA will not be able to claim the validity of the order, and BUYMA will not be held responsible in such a case.

Order Troubles

In the unlikely event that the tracking result is "received" but the customer informed that the item has not arrived, the credit card company will ask to provide a signature of receipt.

If there is no signature, the customer’s credit card company may suspend the billing process.

If the tracking number is entered incorrectly when entering the tracking number or when notifying the customer, it may cause problems and may result in the suspension of the billing process by the credit card company.

Please be aware that incorrectly entered tracking numbers can cause troubles and affect the customer's level of trust in us.

On the other hand, private international delivery services maintain a delivery completion time of 2-5 days, even under COVID-19, and have an extremely low risk of shipping problems and loss. We strongly recommend the use of these Private companies, and we recommend that you avoid using the Postal carrier as much as possible, especially for high-value items.
