BUYMA is a platform where customers and sellers communicate each other and proceed with orders in a manner that is respectful of each other.
As a general rule, we ask that any issues that arise in the order process be resolved by mutual discussion and agreement.
When discussing with a customer, please take note of the following information and confirm the customer’s claims.

Basically, we ask that you conduct an order at your own risk, but if there is a problem that cannot be resolved between the parties involved, or if you would like a third party to check and give you a secondary opinion, please contact BUYMA Member Support.
Please be sure to include your Order ID and the details of your inquiry.
To avoid major problems
Since you are communicating over the online messaging, please be careful when communicating with customers. If you use offensive language or expressions, the other party may also be escalated the issues, and the discussion may not go well.
Please use the [Message] function to discuss all questions and correspondence regarding the order.
*Please refrain from communicating directly or message app outside of BUYMA platform, as we cannot confirm the content of your discussion when you consult with us.
Frequently Asked Troubleshooting Points
▼The item does not arrive
We recommend that you contact the shipping company and have them investigate.
Please make sure that the sender's information and the delivery address on the shipping slip are correct, and also check with the customer if there is a delivery notice in the mailbox.
▼Concerns about the quality of the item.
We recommend sending customers a receipt at the time of purchase to resolve any concerns the customer may have.
▼Problem with the item, or there are any concerns about the item.
First, ask the customer to take a picture of the item to verify its condition, then review the image and respond. If the item is defective in comparison with the quality guidelines, please proceed with the exchange/return process.

Important*
In order to avoid receiving complaints about damaged items, sellers should always inspect the item before shipping and take photos of the item as much as possible.
If you wish to exchange payment separately
Direct transactions without going through BUYMA are prohibited. However, if you need to pay for costs associated with the order (additional shipping costs, return shipping costs, etc.), you may exchange account information in the [Message] field and send money.
