In BUYMA, there are 7 order statuses.
Please check the order status and take action accordingly.
Processing:
Awaiting payment from a customer.
Please wait until the order is confirmed.
You will be notified by e-mail when the order is confirmed.
Order placed:
The order has been confirmed.
Please confirm the order and ship by the shipping deadline.
Item Shipped:
The item has been shipped.
Payment Request button will show up 23 days after your "Shipping Notification" sent.
Payment Error:
The payment has been canceled due to an error.
The customer must contact the payment company or reorder with another payment method.
The customer has been notified as well.
Shipping Expired:
The order has been canceled due to an expired shipping deadline.
Canceled:
The order has been canceled.
Order Issue:
The order has been canceled by BUYMA.
“Processing" status means that the customer has placed an order on the site, but the order is temporarily on hold for security screening.
Security screening may take a certain amount of time, so please wait for the order to be confirmed.
If there are any questions from the customer while the order is in "Processing" status, please tell the customer that "Please wait a moment while the payment is being confirmed”.
If the order passes the security screening, it will be placed on "Order placed" status, and you will receive an email from BUYMA confirming the order.
If any errors are detected as a result of the review, the order will be automatically refunded with a "Payment Error" and the order will not be placed. It may take several business days for the credit card company or bank on the customer's side to confirm the refund.
If you are asked from the customer after a "Payment Error" has occurred, please inform the customer that the customer will need to place the order again using PayPal or another credit card.
