Our data shows that customers refer to information such as sellers' evaluations and past performances when deciding on a purchase.
Therefore, the "Verified Seller” badge will stand out and boost your visibility on BUYMA, which would lead you to increase the chance of your sales more!

How can I unlock a Verified Seller badge?

Verified sellers are certified based on their recent orders taking into consideration the following items.

• Shipped Rate
• Average message response rate
• Number of days to ship
• Customer service quality

The badge is awarded automatically with the above criteria, so if a seller no longer meets them at any point, the badge will be automatically withdrawn.

※If you do not have a record of an order with us, you are not eligible for Verified Seller.

Tips for Becoming a Verified Seller

• Reply to customers as soon as possible and do not fail to reply!
• Check the availability of your listing items regularly to avoid cancellations.
• Once an order is confirmed, be ready to deliver as soon as possible.
• Follow up with customers frequently.
