Points to note when inspecting items – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In order to avoid problems, we ask sellers to inspect items and keep the photos of the inspection and receipt.

Therefore, we would like to provide you with some tips on what to keep in mind when inspecting and storing photos.

Check for any differences from the images or item details when you receive an order.
Be sure to check for any discrepancies in size description, color, design, etc.
*If you find any differences from the item information during the inspection, be sure to contact the customer, including requesting an extension of the shipping deadline.
Are there any discrepancies in the order?
Sending the wrong color or size can cause problems. It can take a long time to exchange or resend an item, so double-check to make sure that you are sending the correct item from the beginning.
Are there any problems with the item?
Check for initial defects such as fraying, stains, functional failure, or damage.
If the item is an outlet item, or if the quality is known in advance, please describe it in the "Comments" section.

In the unlikely event that we receive an inquiry from a customer about authentication, we may use an online appraisal service*.

We recommend that you also keep the following photos of the item at the time of inspection, as we will need them in order to appraise the item.

The more photos you have, the better we can confirm that there is no discrepancy between the item and what the customer received.

*Some brands cannot be appraised, so we will make a decision based on the order.
