BUYMA is a c2c E-commerce platform where all items are listed by sellers, so please contact directly the seller selling the item for any item-specific questions/requests (ex. stock availability/size/color etc.) via BUYMA Message Box. Every seller has their own shop policies & promotions, and since you are buying from them, it is important to confirm shipping details and item specifications etc. before placing an order.
Some examples of what Members inquire about using BUYMA Message:
・About item (stock availability, color, size, price, authenticity)
・About shipping details/ status
・Order Status
・Problems with their ordered item upon delivery (damages/defects etc.)

You can access BUYMA Message in below way:
If you haven't started contacting your seller yet....
Log in> Click on the "Connect With Seller" button directly from the item page in order to inquire about that specific item
When the conversation has already started with your seller.
Log in> From within My Account > Message Box in order to access previous message threads
*For your protection please refrain from sharing any personal information such as bank account and payment card number.
*If the seller does not respond to the customer's message within 3 days, please contact BUYMA Member Support .
