How can I cancel my membership?

 You may close your account from account settings, so please follow the steps below.

1. Login to your account, and go to account settings.
2. Please click/tap the 'Delete' button in the My Personal Details section.
3. Pop-up will be shown, and select the reason why you would like to close the account.
   **If you have any troubles with your orders, please contact BUYMA Member Support.. 
4. After selecting the reason, please click/tap the 'submit' button.
   
   
   

**ATTENTION:

– Once canceling your BUYMA membership, you will not be able to register again using the same BUYMA Member name. 

– If you have any incomplete transactions, your BUYMA membership cannot be canceled. *Please make sure to complete all transactions before requesting to cancel your membership.
