Once the Personal Shopper has shipped out your ordered item, an automatic shipment notification will be sent to you via email.
- Buying Members:
After receiving your shipment notification, your tracking details will be available to view, which you can find under My Menu > Order History > Order Details
- Personal Shoppers:
After shipping the item, as a means of confirmation, please make sure to enter all the shipping and tracking details into the appropriate area, which can be found under Personal Shopper Menu > Orders > Order Details
＊Regarding Shipping Deadline
As a general rule, the item must be shipped out within 18 days from the date of order submission. If the Personal Shopper fails to confirm shipment (entering shipping/ tracking details) before this 18 day shipping deadline, BUYMA will be forced to cancel the order.
