What are some things I should pay attention to when placing my order?

1. Add your desired item(s) into your Shopping Bag. *Sometimes more than one color and/or shipping method will be available. In this case, please select the most suitable choice for you before adding the item into your Shopping Bag. (Changes to item quantity may be made within the Shopping Bag.) 

2. After an order has been submitted, it may not not be canceled, so please carefully review the items inside your Shopping Bag (item quantity, color, size, special requests) and make changes to anything needed before clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. *If you're not sure about color, sizing, or other item details, please use BUYMA Message to contact the Personal Shopper to discuss these details before submitting your order. 

3. Enter your shipping and payment details

5. BUYMA will email you an order confirmation once your order has been processed in our system.

◆Order details may be reviewed from My Account> Order History 

◆Each ordered item will be assigned its own order ID

*All orders will be charged in JPY and total amount is based on the exchange rate at the date of item shipment (within 18 days after an order has been placed).
If you select to display prices in a currency other than Japanese Yen, the price listed is estimated based on current exchange rates.
