As a general rule, once an item has been delivered, returns or exchanges may not be made.
BUYMA itself does not carry any physical stock of items. When you place an order, the Personal Shopper selling that item will retrieve it from a third-party retailer, and thus returns/exchanges cannot be made.
A refund or exchange is considered by BUYMA only in the following situations:
– Item is damaged upon delivery (ex: stained, scratched, stretched out, parts missing, etc.)
– Delivered item is not what was ordered (ex: sizing is different, color is different, etc.)
– Item was not delivered
Please contact the Personal Shopper, via BUYMA Message, with photos of the delivered item and order ID. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, then please appeal to BUYMA Member Support at firstname.lastname@example.org
