If the buying Member is unable to receive their package upon delivery, (depending on shipping options/services) the package may be automatically sent back to you.
As a general rule, after 1 month from the date the Personal Shopper receives back the ordered item, the transaction status will become "canceled", so please take care to coordinate reshipment with each other, via BUYMA Message, in a timely manner. The Personal Shopper is required to resend the item at least one more time in this case.
Once you have confirmed reshipment with BUYMA Member Support, the order status will be changed to "complete".
**It is the responsibility of the buying Member to cover any new shipping costs.
To prevent this situation from occurring we encourage Members to check their order's shipment status regularly using the tracking details provided in My Account > Order History > Order Details
