First double check your order's status in "Order History" which can be found in the title bar within your Account homepage.
If your item's status says "completed," this means your item has been shipped out. Please check your package's tracking status for further details. You may access your package's tracking number and URL by clicking on the Item name (to the right of the item image).
If the tracking information states your package as "delivered" but you have not received your package, there is the possibility that your package was lost or stolen.
BUYMA is not responsible for any lost/stolen merchandise, therefore we recommend if you are worried about this situation, that you request directly to the Personal Shopper (via BUYMA Message) to add shipping insurance –if possible– before placing your order.
In the unfortunate event that your package was lost or stolen during transit, please double check on your package's whereabouts thoroughly with the postal service immediately! If your package has shipping insurance, you may be able to be reimbursed for all or partial amounts of your package's declared value.
If your package has been stolen, we suggest you submit a claim to your local police about theft and see if they can further assist with your situation.
