- Login / Register > Click on the "Connect With Seller" button directly from the item page in order to check the availability, item details, shipment or any questions of the specific item.
Sellers buy an item after an order has been placed and they do NOT have any stock, so please contact them to make sure for stock availability BEFORE placing an order.
Your order can NOT be canceled, refunded or exchanged once it has been confirmed.
- Once you confirm the availability of the item, Submit your order via "Add to Bag" button.
- Within 3 business days after placing an order, the Personal Shopper should confirm its submission with you via BUYMA's message system.
*If you haven't received this confirmation message, you should contact BUYMA Member Support.
- The seller has up to 18 days from the order date to secure your ordered item and ship it out to you.
The transaction will be expired and automatically canceled if the Personal Shopper could not retrieve your ordered item within 18 days.
- Shipping notification is sent over to you with tracking information. Please check the tracking number and any contact from the shipping company upon the delivery.
You may be asked to pay customs duties upon the delivery, so please complete the payment procedure immediately to ensure smooth delivery. (More details for customs duties HERE)
- Your item is delivered. Please check your package immediately and contact your seller if you have any questions. Please leave the review for your experience!
